Description
Introducing Polymaker PolyMax PC 1.75mm 3D Printing Filament , a highly durable filament type derived from polycarbonate and specifically engineered for FDM / FFF desktop 3D printing applications.
PolyMax PC Black Filament sets the industry standard for toughness, surpassing other 3D printing materials with similar stiffness. Its outstanding attributes, including exceptional impact strength, heat resistance, and fracture toughness, render it an exceptional choice for engineering applications and components demanding high levels of strength.
In the past, Polycarbonate (PC) was primarily utilized in costly ‘industrial’ 3D printers, notorious for their requirement to print at temperatures exceeding 300°C. However, Polymaker has revolutionized this by lowering the printing temperature for their Polycarbonate filament to a more manageable range of 250 – 270°C. This innovation delivers the remarkable strength of PC while maintaining moderate printing temperatures and significantly enhancing resistance to warping.
PolyMax 1.75mm polycarbonate filament components are designed to endure temperatures well in excess of 110°C, making them one of the most heat-resistant options available among 3D printing materials.”
